All our milk is collected directly by us from farmers, often family-run farms located in our local area.
This close relationship allows us to verify with absolute certainty the origin of the milk and the farmers’ operating practices.
It is therefore natural for us to collaborate with farms in the development of supply chains: separate and specific pathways from field to consumer.
The traceability of our supply chains is certified according to UNI EN ISO 22005:2008, with traceability covering farms, quantities of raw milk, carriers, processing stages, packaging, transport and destination customers.

Governed by specific legislation (Ministerial Decree 185/91), this supply chain is open only to farms whose milk has better chemical and microbiological characteristics than conventional products.
Only fresh milk can be defined as high quality.

Only milk from certified farms that follow organic farming practices, use exclusively organic feed and comply with specific health regulations.
For organic products, Padania Alimenti operates in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2018/848, for the categories and products specified in the organic certificate.
No-GMO Supply Chain
No-GMO Supply Chain
Defined according to the “VLOG Ohne Gentechnik” production standard, the milk belonging to this supply chain is obtained from cows fed exclusively with products that do not contain and are not derived from genetically modified organisms.
